Along with the Date and Month dividers, this box comes with two-part NCR forms. When a salesperson takes a phone-up and gathers the appropriate information, one part would go into the individual salesperson's box, and the other part would go to the Sales Manager.

Each morning the Sales Manager would take all of the Response Cards and meet with the salespeople to discuss the previous days business. This way he/she can try to put together deals the very next day, as compared to waiting for the Monday morning sales meeting, or never at all.
